Job ID: R-125844 Role Summary: Join Insomniac Games as a Project Management Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of game development projects. As a Project Management Intern, you'll collaborate with project managers and development teams to track progress, manage milestones, and improve workflows that support game production. You'll gain practical experience identifying project challenges, coordinating across teams, and helping keep development activities on schedule. This internship offers the opportunity to strengthen your project planning, communication, and problem-solving skills while learning how game development teams work together to deliver exceptional player experiences. What You’ll Be Doing: Analyze task assignments and project timelines to help ensure work is achievable within established milestones. Monitor task progress and remaining work to identify potential delays and help keep projects on track. Collaborate with people managers to support team engagement, coordination, and alignment with project tracking. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team collaboration, escalating issues when needed based on urgency and complexity. Update project roadmaps and communicate changes in coordination with mid and senior project managers. Gain hands-on experience with project planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how game development projects are managed. What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field, such as game development, production, or project management. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to take initiative while knowing when to seek guidance.
