Where do the jobs come from?
Directly from company career pages. We monitor tens of thousands of them and read new postings as they appear, rather than reposting listings from other job boards.
How current is the index?
It is refreshed on a daily schedule, and postings that pass their retention window are removed. Hundreds of thousands of roles arrive each month.
Do I need an account to search?
No. You can search the whole index without signing up. An account is what lets you upload a CV, get roles scored against it, tailor applications and track where you have applied.
What does matching actually do?
It reads your CV and scores roles on how well your real experience lines up with what the posting asks for, so the shortlist reflects fit rather than keyword overlap.
