Adapt value creation plans to different provider organizations, including health systems, physician groups, ambulatory and specialty providers, and other healthcare services businesses. Advise investors and company leadership on progress, risks, resource needs, and decisions required to keep initiatives on track. Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with colleagues across the HLS M&A practice and related operating, strategy, and technology teams.
