Vice President, FSP Operations

As Vice President, FSP Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale, India-based Functional Service Provider (FSP) organization supporting global pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery across multiple clinical and scientific functions. Working closely with global executive leadership, you will shape business strategy, strengthen key client partnerships, and ensure operational scalability. You will oversee large, multidisciplinary teams while optimizing workforce planning, financial performance, and resource utilization.
