Refueling & Remote Handling I&C Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Refueling & Remote Handling I&C Engineer based in the United States. The Refueling & Remote Handling I&C Engineer will provide specialized instrumentation and controls engineering support for advanced nuclear reactor servicing operations. This role focuses on the development and integration of control systems for automated tooling, robotics, inspection systems, and remotely operated equipment used in reactor maintenance and refueling. Working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will help ensure that equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will contribute to control system architectures, functional requirements, engineering documentation, testing, and commissioning activities. The position offers the opportunity to support complex nuclear engineering projects while applying expertise in automation, instrumentation, and remote handling technologies. This is a remote contract assignment for an experienced engineering professional based in the contiguous United States.
