Advanced Technical Support Specialist

The Advanced Technical Support Specialist will provide advanced technical assistance to customers, service partners, and field teams across the Americas. This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues involving gas engines and associated power generation systems. You will manage technical cases from initial customer contact through resolution, combining remote diagnostics with occasional onsite support. Working closely with distributors, technicians, and internal specialists, you will help ensure reliable equipment performance, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction. The position also involves supporting commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and technical improvements while contributing to service quality and performance metrics.
