UX Designer Sênior

Our partner is looking for a Senior UX Designer (UX Designer Sênior) based in Brazil We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, data-driven experiences for a digital platform that helps public-sector leaders make evidence-based decisions. In this role, you will transform complex datasets, indicators, and performance metrics into clear visual insights that support meaningful action. You will design and evolve dashboards, interactive workflows, and interfaces across areas such as mobility, education, public safety, sustainability, and healthcare. Beyond interface design, you will contribute to product strategy, ensuring that user needs inform product decisions and business priorities. You will also help strengthen a unified design system while working closely with engineering and data science teams.
