Senior Principal, Entrepreneur-in-Residence

The Senior Principal, Entrepreneur-in-Residence will lead the creation and development of a global market-shaping platform designed to accelerate the adoption of passive daytime radiative cooling (PDRC) technologies. This innovative initiative aims to turn promising cooling solutions into scalable, affordable products that can help protect communities from extreme heat. Operating at the intersection of climate technology, public health, manufacturing, finance, and policy, you will bring together investors, governments, manufacturers, and deployment partners around a shared mission. You will shape the market mechanisms, financing structures, and supply chains needed to support large-scale production and deployment. You will also secure funding, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and establish the foundations for a potentially independent organization.
