If you want to: Own hiring end to end for Engineering, Product, and Data, from job post and sourcing through interviews and offers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience; Run in-depth, competency-based interviews that weigh both skills and culture add, while building relationships that grow your candidate network; Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment, adoption of best practices, and strategic decision-making throughout the recruitment process; Lead recruitment projects that improve how we attract, engage, and hire people; Use recruitment data to find where the hiring funnel slows down, and turn those insights into real improvements; Stay on top of recruitment best practices and tools, and use them to keep raising the bar on how we hire. And you can check off: Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment, including technical roles, within a global or fast-moving environment; Strong stakeholder management - you can influence and partner with teams at every level; A data-driven mindset, and the ability to turn recruitment insights into meaningful action; Proactive sourcing and networking skills to find and engage high-potential passive talent; Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
