About the role
As our Data Team Lead, you'll own the analytical agenda across Acquisition and App - leading a team of Data Analysts, setting a high technical bar, and building a culture where evidence wins arguments. You'll pair hands-on analytical depth with real people leadership, helping marketing leads, product managers, designers, and engineers rally around impact and measurable outcomes. If you want to: Define and drive the analytics strategy across acquisition channels and the core app experience, tying growth initiatives directly to top-line business goals; Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical analysts - coaching them, clearing their blockers, and backing them with clear paths to grow; Act as a strategic thought partner to executive and cross-functional leadership; Own end-to-end data solutions, from attribution, funnel instrumentation, and event modeling to the dashboards people actually make decisions with; Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Mobile to turn open-ended growth and engagement challenges into scalable, data-driven improvements; Sharpen team workflows and analytics infrastructure, driving efficiency and an outcome-oriented, high-trust culture. And you can check off: Proven experience of leading and developing analytics teams; A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy through data; Solid understanding of the tools and methods behind modern analytics - SQL, experimentation, and statistical reasoning you can stand behind; A feel for where analytics is heading, including how AI and LLMs are reshaping the way teams work with data; The ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans - and drive them to real outcomes; High standards for clarity, structure, and precision in both your analysis and your communication; Confidence working in ambiguity and bringing structure where it's missing. Bonus points if you: Bring hands-on experience with user acquisition channels, mobile app metrics, and growth funnels. Here’s the deal: Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development; Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts with a physical coach and sports card to health insurance and regular mental health checks; Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work; Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations; Convenient commuting: traveling from point A to point B in a city like Warsaw is quite a journey! That’s why we compensate your public transport costs; Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world; Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends; Gross salary: 28500 - 32000 PLN/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
