How You’ll Make an Impact: Design, build, and maintain scalable services and distributed systems that support Konovo’s AI-enabled healthcare insights platform Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to engineering best practices Partner with the LITE (LLM Innovation & Technology Engineering) team and cross-functional product squads to integrate emerging AI capabilities into core systems Lead technical design discussions, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability across services Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements, map and ensure technical feasibility Contribute to secure, compliant engineering practices aligned with responsible AI and healthcare data standards Proactively identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and architectural improvements Support Release readiness, deployment processes, and post-release monitoring What We’re Looking For: 6–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-grade systems <span data-cont
