About the role
Konovo is a global healthcare intelligence company transforming research through technology, enabling faster, better, connected insights. We provide healthcare organizations with real-time access to over 2 million healthcare professionals and patients, the largest network of its kind in the world. Our 300+ employees span 25 U.S. states and five countries, collaborating to support some of the largest organizations in the healthcare industry. Our customers include over 300 leading global pharmaceutical, medical device, market research agency, and consultancy companies. As we shift to a more product- and technology-driven organization, delivering best-in-class survey research to our clients matters more than ever – and we’re expanding our remote Client Services team in Mexico. This role is a good fit if you have some hands-on market research experience and are ready to move beyond an entry-level role, with the support of an experienced mentor as you grow. It’s also a chance to help shape how a fast-growing, product-led company runs survey research. How You’ll Make an Impact Turn raw survey data into clear, client-ready reports for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients, with findings and recommendations that actually get used Help design and refine survey questionnaires, and program them using Konovo’s proprietary technology Manage a busy project load (roughly 8-10 active projects a week), keeping studies on track from launch through delivery Review incoming data for quality and coordinate with our Global Sample Fulfillment team to keep U.S. and international studies on target Support client communication alongside your Research Director, building toward owning client relationships as you grow Keep research compliant: complete required adverse event (AE) training, monitor for AEs, and report them to pharmacovigilance on strict internal and manufacturer timelines Keep our internal project management portal current and accurate for all live projects What We’re Looking For 2-5 years in survey market research, insights, analytics or a related research role (healthcare/life sciences exposure strongly preferred) Solid quantitative skills: experience analyzing survey data and drawing out actionable trends, plus some hands-on experience writing or reviewing questionnaires Strong Excel skills for analysis and PowerPoint skills for client-ready reporting Hands-on experience with a survey programming tool (Confirmit, Decipher/Forsta, SurveyMonkey or similar) Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems, with good judgment about when to escalate Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Curiosity about client business questions across multiple therapeutic areas Comfortable with tight timelines and juggling multiple projects at once Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, market research, health sciences/public health or equivalent experience Available to work U.S. Eastern Time (ET) hours Open to using AI-enabled tools in your work and sharing feedback that helps shape how we build them Why Konovo Work on cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions transforming healthcare insights Be part of a mission-driven company reshaping how healthcare decisions get made Join a fast-growing global team with real career advancement Thrive in a remote, collaborative environment that values innovation and flexibility Make a real-world impact helping healthcare organizations move faster If you’re eager to build a meaningful career in healthcare market research, and you’re smart, nice, and driven to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
