Senior Journey Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Journey Consultant based in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced Senior Journey Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sophisticated, multichannel customer experiences. In this hands-on senior role, you will work with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Real-Time CDP to create personalized, data-driven customer journeys at scale. You will translate business requirements into effective journey strategies, defining triggers, decision logic, and orchestration flows. Working closely with architects, data specialists, campaign teams, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure reliable integrations and high-quality delivery. You will also take ownership of production journeys, driving performance improvements and resolving technical challenges. Alongside delivery responsibilities, you will mentor other consultants and contribute to technical standards and knowledge sharing within a distributed, international team.
