Senior Game Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Game Designer based in Germany. We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Designer with strong systems thinking and a solid background in developing large-scale mobile games. You will shape the core gameplay and meta systems, designing progression, in-game economies, rewards, and balancing to support long-term product growth. Working across the full feature lifecycle, you will turn creative concepts into well-documented, engaging player experiences and assess their impact through analytics and experimentation. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that every feature is implemented in line with its design intent. This is a fully remote opportunity in a creative, product-focused environment that values ownership, innovation, and AI-enabled workflows.
