Quality Coordinator

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining and improving quality standards across projects and operational workflows. You will oversee quality analysis, coordinate improvement initiatives, and ensure that performance data is accurately monitored and reported. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations teams, and external vendors, you will help identify quality gaps and implement effective corrective actions. You will also develop quality dashboards, maintain documentation, and coordinate training activities to promote consistency and operational excellence. The role combines analytical thinking, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration in an international, remote working environment.
