Lead Mobile QA Automation Engineer

Our growing Product Team is looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer focusing on iOS and Android mobile applications built with React Native . You will be responsible for providing enterprise grade technical solutions to our mobile development and quality engineering team s to help implement, maintain and innovate on our technical testing strategies. You will provide your technical advice and assistance on mobile test tools, technologies, strategies, and design – with an emphasis on test automation, performance testing, and functional security. What You’ll Do Lead QA efforts toward successful mobile application delivery, including overseeing manual and automation test strategy, plans, processes, and execution across our ERP, CRM, and asset management applications. Define and evolve comprehensive automation, regression, performance, and release testing strategies within our AI PDLC processes Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for mobile applications, web applications , and REST APIs. Write and review high-quality automated test scripts and ensure seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines Develop and execute automated mobile UI, integration, and regression test suites to ensure product reliability and scalability Own and prioritize the mobile QA backlog, including automation coverage, technical debt, and infrastructure testing initiatives Serve as a point of escalation for QA matters, managing risk, prioritizing coverage, and ensuring release readiness Troubleshoot complex defects by analyzing logs and system behavior; drive root cause analysis and long-term quality improvements <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-
