Learn more about Life at HSO International: Life at HSO International The Opportunity As a Solution Architect, you will lead the solution vision and architectural direction of complex multinational Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programs. Working closely with executives, program sponsors, and delivery teams, you'll translate business strategy into scalable solutions, guide key architectural decisions, and ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle. What You'll Do Lead Business Transformation Define and drive solution strategies for international transformation programs. Advise senior stakeholders on business transformation and technology decisions. Facilitate architecture workshops and guide customers towards best-practice operating models. Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Own Solution Architecture Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O solutions across business processes, integrations, data, and supporting technologies. Ensure architectural consistency across multiple workstreams, countries, and business units.
