Learn more about Life at HSO International: Life at HSO International The Opportunity As a Solution Architect, you will lead the solution vision and architectural direction of complex multinational Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform transformation programmes. Working closely with executives, business leaders, and delivery teams, you'll help organisations transform their customer engagement, sales, marketing, service, and digital operations through the Microsoft ecosystem. This role combines strategic advisory, solution architecture and business transformation. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across the programme lifecycle. As part of the role, you will also provide leadership and mentoring to consultants within the CE & Power Platform practice, helping to build capability, drive quality, and support professional growth. What You'll Do Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes. Advise senior stakeholders on digital transformation and technology strategy. Drive discovery workshops and solution design. Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and data. Ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance. Support strategic presales and executive customer engagements.
