Engineering Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams in Nepal. You will combine strong people leadership with technical understanding and delivery ownership , helping engineers grow while ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality solutions and strong business outcomes. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, solving complex delivery challenges, and improving the way engineering teams work. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and individual development plans. Take ownership of team performance, delivery, and outcomes. Identify risks and blockers early and drive them through to resolution. Manage priorities, dependencies, expectations, and delivery commitments with stakeholders. Support architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and engineering quality initiatives. Promote best practices across testing, code quality, documentation, CI/CD, maintainability, and security. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Strengthen engineering processes and delivery capabilities as our teams continue to grow. Work closely with distributed and cross-functional teams across the organization. Help engineers develop toward broader technical and leadership responsibilities. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of software engineering experience , including engineering leadership or management experience. Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams. Strong track record of delivering successful engineering outcomes. Experience working in Agile software development environments.
