Engineering Manager (POS systems)

About the Role: Our National Retail Solutions brand is a highly successful Point-of-Sale (POS) SaaS business, rapidly expanding into new sectors with over 40,000 software and hardware terminals in independent retailers like: convenience stores, bodegas, liquor stores, small grocers, and tobacco shops. We’re looking for a highly technical, hands-in-code Engineering Manager, with experience building highly scalable and robust systems who wants to focus on: 1. Team Building: Hiring, Coaching, Firing. 2. Engineering Process: Agentic Development. 3. Technical Leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market teams, and executive leadership to create intuitive, scalable products that solve real operational challenges for our customers.
