Social Media-Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a bilingual Social Media & Design Specialist to support our nationwide field sales force. Our representatives sell industry-leading solutions—including NRS Point of Sale, merchant processing, business funding, and BOSS Revolution services—to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. In this role, you will serve as the dedicated creative resource for our sales team, transforming their local social media presence into a consistent driver of merchant leads. Key Context: This is a hands-on execution role rather than a high-level strategy position. Strategic priorities, brand guidelines, and target audiences are already established. We need an agile content creator who can independently design high-quality visual assets, produce short-form video, and maintain an active social media cadence in direct coordination with sales leadership and top-performing representatives.
