The Role As our Director of Solution Architecture , you'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions while helping shape the future of Orion's technical capabilities. This is a senior, billable, client-facing role that combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and strategic problem-solving. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and guide technical teams through successful implementations. Beyond client delivery, you'll serve as a trusted technical leader, providing architectural guidance, mentoring team members, and driving best practices across engagements. What You’ll Be Doing No two days are exactly alike, but here’s a glimpse of what you’ll lead: Solution Architecture & Client Delivery Serve as a lead Solution Architect and trusted technical advisor on Salesforce client engagements. Own solution architecture and design for complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring solutions align with client business goals and long-term technology strategies. Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and architecture discussions with clients and stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Evaluate solution options and recommend architectural approaches that balance business needs, technical feasibility, scalability, and cost. Provide architectural guidance across Salesforce clouds, integrations, data architecture, automation, and platform capabilities. Partner with Engagement Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other delivery team members to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring solution quality. Communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support user adoption and long-term solution success by ensuring designs are practical, sustainable, and aligned with business processes. Maintain an active role in billable client delivery, balancing project responsibilities with broader technical leadership initiatives. <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="23"
