As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Data Processing Specialist to contribute to our mission by ensuring deliverables are produced in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications. To meet customer needs, the team works a 6:30pm-3:30am IST shift aligned to ET timezone working hybrid from our Whitefield, Bengaluru office. You will play a key role in connecting data to client outcomes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency across every project. How You’ll Make an Impact: Maintain project oversight and communicating with our clients to ensure their requirements are being met. Work closely with our Client Services and Programming teams to ensure thorough understanding of project and data requirements. Utilize all tools made available by Konovo to facilitate efficient and accurate deliverables. These may include proprietary platforms, standard industry tools and/or AI-assisted technology. Partner with cross-departmental colleagues, such as the product organization, to provide user feedback, insights, and recommendations. Ensure business needs are met through effective execution. What We’re Looking For: Two+ years of experience in Market Research Data Processing with clear ownership of deliverables Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues early and resolve them effectively Proficient in at least one industry-standard tabulation tool, with a clear track record of learning and adopting new tools quickly Communicates clearly and confidently with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on requirements and outputs across global teams Operates with high attention to detail and consistently delivers accurate, client-ready work in fast-paced environments Adapts quickly to changing priorities and works collaboratively across teams to move projects forward Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Why Join Konovo ? <span data-contrast
