CRM Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced CRM Lead Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for an enterprise Salesforce CRM platform. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of CRM Engineers while overseeing technical delivery, engineering standards, and platform reliability. You will combine strong development expertise with people leadership, guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of complex CRM solutions. Working closely with architecture, product, delivery, security, data, and DevSecOps teams, you will ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality engineering outcomes. You will also drive continuous improvement, strengthen development practices, and help modernize the platform.
