This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Group Underwriting Advisor based in Canada. As a Business Group Underwriting Advisor, you will play a key role in managing financial risk and driving profitable long-term results across group insurance plans. Working within a new business team, you will assess and price both new and existing plans, balancing financial performance with client needs. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, internal specialists, and experienced underwriting professionals to develop competitive, tailored solutions. The role also involves supporting complex client implementations, negotiating contractual arrangements, and improving operational performance. You will have opportunities to share your expertise and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Quebec, Canada, serving clients across multiple provinces.
