The role As an AI Engineer & Platform Support Lead, you will help us scale AI adoption across the business on a small set of sanctioned platforms. You will be the day-to-day owner of our enterprise AI workspace and support the tools our teams rely on. You will also build and own the custom integrations, agents, and Slackbots that make those tools useful to business teams. Your day-to-day: Be the go-to support owner for our AI platforms (Langdock, Gemini, and internal tools), from onboarding and troubleshooting to vendor escalations.
