We are seeking an experienced healthcare analytics professional to deliver strategic workforce intelligence and data-driven insights to healthcare organizations. In this client-facing role, you will work directly with senior healthcare executives to address complex workforce, recruitment, and market strategy challenges. Leveraging advanced analytics, AI-powered tools, and comprehensive clinical workforce data, you will transform business questions into actionable insights and executive-ready deliverables. You will lead client engagements from initial discovery and collaborative planning through analysis, recommendations, and final presentations. You will also help shape the evolution of innovative workforce intelligence solutions by identifying recurring client needs and developing reusable analytical approaches.
