As Spreetail continues its national expansion, we are looking for a Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to lead our fulfillment operation in Nanticoke, PA. This role is built for an operational leader dedicated to building leaders and cultivating high-performance teams. You will own end-to-end site performance across safety, inbound processing, inventory control, and outbound distribution. Partnering closely with executive supply chain leadership, you will challenge industry benchmarks for order cycle time, on-time delivery, and fulfillment accuracy while driving a people-first operational culture.
