About the role

The Denver Broncos are one of the most popular franchises in all of sports. Whether judged by the measure of wins and championships, attendance, national television exposure or by the Broncos' reputation locally and throughout the NFL, there are few parallels in the world of professional sports. We are dedicated to being the best team to cheer for, play for, and work for across all of sports. We are looking for employees who are passionate about what they do, have fun doing it, and proud to represent the Denver Broncos Football Club and Empower Field at Mile High. Job Summary The Denver Broncos Football Club is seeking a Vice President of Partnership Sales to lead the Partnership Sales team and turn the Club’s new-business strategy into results. This is a distinctive opportunity to leverage the NFL platform, the strength of the Broncos brand, and the dynamic Denver market while helping shape partnership opportunities tied to a potential new stadium and mixed-use development as plans evolve. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this hands-on sales leader and accomplished dealmaker will develop talent, establish disciplined sales practices, and maintain an active personal pipeline—directly originating, advancing, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value, multi-year partnerships. The role also includes serving as senior deal strategist for priority team opportunities, driving pipeline health and forecasting accuracy, and collaborating across the organization to create commercially sound partnerships aligned with the Broncos’ brand and values. Success requires strong sales leadership, executive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to balance personal dealmaking with coaching and team development while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, high-accountability culture. VALUES & LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS Stakeholder Driven: Build trust, create clarity, develop talent, and align stakeholders around shared outcomes in an inclusive, high-accountability environment. Growth and Innovation Mindset: Lead with humility and curiosity, challenge assumptions, and continually improve sales strategy, process, and performance. Grit and Resiliency: Navigate ambiguity, competitive pressure, and changing priorities with composure, adaptability, and resolve. Strive for Excellence / Do the Right Thing: Model preparation, sound judgment, financial discipline, transparency, and decisions grounded in the organization’s best interests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Leadership and Execution Translate annual new-business goals into a focused sales plan and clear team priorities. Maintain an active personal pipeline and directly originate, advance, negotiate, and close complex, high-value, multi-year partnerships. Serve as senior deal strategist for priority team opportunities, strengthening discovery, positioning, negotiation, and executive engagement. Drive Partnership Sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deal quality, risk assessment, velocity, and reporting. Develop recommendations on category priorities, packaging, valuation, and commercially sound deal terms through established approval processes. Use market intelligence, audience insights, competitive trends, and emerging categories to sharpen prospecting strategies, sales narratives, proposals, and presentations. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders. Team Leadership and Culture Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Partnership Sales team, including direct oversight of sellers and sales leaders. <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3
