About the role
About SuperAnnotate SuperAnnotate builds the data that pushes AI forward. Frontier AI labs and leading enterprises rely on us to create, evaluate, and improve the data behind their models, across every modality and every stage of training. We blend technology, human intelligence, and operational excellence to deliver datasets that measurably move model performance. Backed by NVIDIA, Dell Technologies Capital, and Databricks, SuperAnnotate is a fast-growing Series B company at the center of the race to build frontier AI. The Impact You'll Make SME Careers builds the global expert workforce behind every SuperAnnotate project, bringing together specialists across languages and professional fields, from medicine and law to software engineering and AI safety. We're building a recruiting engine that finds and engages the right experts anywhere in the world, as fast as new projects need them. As our first Talent Engineer, you'll design and own that engine. You'll choose and configure the AI sourcing and outreach tools we use, build the workflows that connect them to our platform, and turn them into systems that run reliably at scale. You'll approach recruiting as a systems and data problem, building an engine that grows faster than the team running it. You'll measure what works, cut what doesn't, and keep improving as our projects evolve. You'll work directly with our Director of Product and Operations and the SME Careers talent team, and alongside engineering whenever an integration needs building. You'll understand recruiting well enough to know what good outreach and a good candidate look like, and you'll be technical enough to build the tooling yourself rather than waiting on someone else to. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco.
