About the challenge As the largest proptech in Indonesia, our success is built relationship by relationship, and some of the most important relationships we have are with the national real estate chains that shape the market. Ray White, ERA Indonesia, Century 21, RE/MAX, Gading Pro and other leading franchise networks bring together hundreds of offices and thousands of agents across the country. Growing with them means understanding how a franchise network works at every level, from the master franchise owner to the principal of a single office to the agents on the ground. We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to own Lamudi's relationships with these national franchise networks. You will be the single point of ownership for each strategic account, setting one consistent standard for how Lamudi partners with the network, and you will work office by office to grow our presence within it. This means finding the right right digital and marketing solutions to their offices, and using data to show clients exactly where the value is and where the growth opportunity lies. If you are comfortable sitting across the table from a master franchise owner in the morning and walking an office principal through their performance data in the afternoon, we should talk.
