This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact engineering squad while remaining actively involved in software development. You will take end-to-end ownership of a product area, shaping its technical direction and driving delivery from roadmap to production. Working across frontend and backend architecture, you will build scalable product experiences for an AI-powered compliance platform. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn complex compliance workflows into intuitive, effective solutions. Alongside hands-on engineering, you will mentor developers, strengthen engineering standards, and guide technical decisions.
