Position Summary Zilliz is looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Solutions Architect to help drive the adoption of Milvus and Zilliz Cloud across Southeast Asia. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to help AI startups and enterprises design, evaluate, and deploy scalable search and retrieval solutions. You'll work with customers on real-world challenges involving vector search, RAG, AI agents, hybrid search, and other AI-powered applications. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role with meaningful ownership across the customer journey, from technical discovery and proof of concept to production deployment and expansion. We're looking for someone who can combine strong technical judgment with commercial awareness, communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-moving, growing regional market.
