About the role
About Dreem Health, by Sunrise Dreem Health is America’s leading digital sleep clinic. Powered by Sunrise’s technology, Dreem Health makes sleep care simple — replacing long waits and in-lab sleep studies with home-based testing, expert telehealth visits, and personalized treatment plans that are easy for patients to follow. We’re fixing the broken sleep care journey and helping more people get the care they need — from home, on their schedule. Your Opportunity As a sleep medicine physician at Dreem Health, you're transforming how sleep care is delivered by bringing high-quality, evidence-based treatment to patients through a modern, fully remote platform. Our clinical model offers the best of both worlds: the flexibility to work from home with no commute or unnecessary admin burden, and the opportunity to make a real impact at scale. Unlike traditional sleep clinics where providers are often tied to 36+ hours of patient visits and limited in scope, our physicians focus primarily on HST interpretation alongside telehealth clinic hours, NP supervision, and contributing to the growth of our clinical model. You’re not just a cog in the wheel, you’ll help shape the way sleep medicine is practiced nationally. We’re growing fast and on track to become the largest sleep provider in the U.S. If you're passionate about clinical excellence, excited by innovation, and interested in mentoring the next generation of sleep clinicians, Dreem Health is the place to grow your career. What You’ll Do HST interpretation: Read home sleep tests across our patient population in the states where you hold an active medical license. This is the core of the role. Telehealth clinic hours (~8h/week): See patients directly, covering states where NP-led care is not yet available. NP supervision: Hold collaborative practice agreements (CPAs) in your licensed states and provide clinical oversight to our NP team. Continuous education: Participate in Dreem Health Academy sessions and contribute to NP learning. What You Bring M.D. or D.O. with a board certification in sleep medicine with preference of primary specialty in family medicine, pulmonology, psychiatry, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology. Must have sleep clinic experience, including HST interpretation. Licensed in CA (required at hire); active or actively pursuing licenses in AR, OR, RI, AL, OK, LA and additional high-volume states. We support license applications and reimburse licensing fees. Comfortable reading a high volume of HSTs autonomously. Willing to hold collaborative practice agreements (CPAs) across multiple states. Startup mindset: Scrappy, solutions-oriented, and hands-on, with robust clinical training and a “build, test, learn” approach and not bound by traditional care models. Comfortable in navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and dynamic environments. Proficient with EMRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms. A genuine affinity for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes <li class="public-DraftStyleDefault-unorde
