Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help shape the future of reliability, observability, and platform performance across a large-scale product environment. You’ll play a key role in designing standardized, intelligent monitoring systems that support modern, AI-driven and agentic-first software development practices. Working within a central Observability team, you’ll build robust telemetry architectures and data pipelines that give engineering teams deeper insights into system health and performance. Your work will help improve reliability under load, optimize cloud infrastructure, and accelerate software delivery across multiple product teams. You’ll collaborate with engineers across Australia and New Zealand in a highly autonomous, transparent, and technically innovative environment.
