About the Role Hinge is hiring a Senior Research Operations Program Manager to scale our research infrastructure and support high-impact insights across the company. In this role, you’ll lead and evolve operational systems across in-person research, tooling, knowledge management, and research impact. You’ll take on complex, high-visibility projects and make sure researchers have the people, partners, and resources they need to get insights on time. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Legal, IT, and senior researchers to enable rigorous, inclusive, and forward-looking research.
