About the role
Join our Geotechnical group as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Project Manager in Minneapolis, MN, where you'll provide technical leadership for complex underground infrastructure projects throughout the Midwest and beyond. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, leading geotechnical investigations, analyses, design efforts, and construction support for challenging underground and heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in growing our geotechnical practice by mentoring engineers, developing client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and guiding projects from pursuit through construction. This is an opportunity to influence the technical direction of major projects while helping shape the future of our growing geotechnical and underground engineering team. Hybrid Work Environment: Tuesday – Thursday In-Office | Monday & Friday WFH
