Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Android) - POS Payments Experience

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Android) – POS Payments Experience based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the development of reliable, high-performance Android payment experiences for restaurant teams and their customers. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for critical point-of-sale workflows, including checkout and payment processing across connected devices and peripherals. You will partner closely with Product, UX, and engineering leaders across POS and financial technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. The role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on engineering guidance, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help strengthen architecture, improve software quality, and ensure payment experiences remain fast and dependable, even in challenging network conditions. You will also champion AI-powered engineering practices to accelerate development and continuously improve how software is built.
