As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll bring those ideas to life through strong craft, sharp execution, and consistent visual quality. What You’ll Do Creative Execution: Create high-quality digital artworks and social assets across campaigns and branded content. Visual Craft: Develop strong layouts, typography, graphic elements, and visual treatments across formats. Design Development: Translate creative concepts and art direction into polished visual executions. Quality Control: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high design standards across deliverables. Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Motion teams throughout the creative process. Innovation: Stay current with design trends, social formats, and emerging technologies, including AI tools. What You Need Experience: 3 - 4 years in graphic design, with hands-on experience in digital, social, and Social Outreach work. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field. Tech Stack: Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills. Working knowledge of motion/video and AI design tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Good English, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines independently. Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback.
