Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, this position will play a key role in connecting financial results with manufacturing operations. The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze production costs, develop financial forecasts, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and provide actionable insights to plant leadership and executive teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in manufacturing finance, financial modeling, and data analysis, along with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations. This is a highly visible individual contributor role offering the opportunity to influence business decisions and help strengthen GTI's financial planning and reporting capabilities as the organization continues to grow.
