Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Drupal Engineer to join our team supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to implement, configure and optimize enterprise scale Drupal platforms while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to translate existing functional and technical requirements and capabilities into robust Drupal implementations. Basic Requirements: Ability to successfully obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation. Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years. Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years of experience in web development, primarily focused on Drupal Must-Have Requirements: Strong custom Drupal module development in PHP. Hands-on experience with Content Moderation and Workflows. Expertise in role-based permissions. Experience with JSON:API. Additional Qualifications: Experience with Drupal 11.x. Advanced knowledge of Drupal architecture and modules. Proven track record of architecting enterprise-scale Drupal implementations. Experience working with a team of cross-functional developers, coordinating backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA efforts to deliver high-quality Drupal solutions.
