About the role
Serán is seeking a Senior Controls & Calibration Technician to serve as the site subject matter expert (SME) for instrumentation, control systems, and low-voltage electrical systems supporting pharmaceutical development, laboratory operations, manufacturing processes, facility utilities, and future site expansions. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of process instrumentation, control panels, PLC-based systems, facility automation platforms, and low-voltage electrical systems. The role acts as the technical lead for instrumentation standards, and control panel design while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and engineering best practices. The Senior Controls & Calibration Technician partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Validation, and external integrators to develop scalable automation solutions that improve reliability, operational efficiency, and future manufacturing capacity.
