Senior Associate, Project Finance

ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Associate, Project Finance, plays a critical role in executing the financing of Pivot Energy’s projects. Where an Associate executes defined tasks within a process maintained by others, the Senior Associate carries an established process forward, running assigned facility workflows through a full cycle from prior-cycle materials with limited intervention and high accuracy. The Senior Associate will lead diligence workflows and certain funding workflows with the guidance and support of Managers and Directors, serve as the anchored owner of assigned facility workflows within Project Finance's Associate operating model, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure financing readiness and compliance across active facilities. Managers retain ownership of the financing outcome, material exceptions, negotiations, and final approvals, and the role does not include direct people management or the construction of financial models.
