Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at SPEAR, you will support the Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting & Finance Department. This position will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of SPEAR’s financial statements and supporting the continued growth of the business, which currently includes over 90 physical therapy clinics with each requiring separate P&L reporting. This role requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail, exceptional quantitative skills, collaboration skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines. Having a service mentality is important, as the Accounting Team works closely with Spear’s Operations Team on any questions they have about their clinic’s revenues and expenses.
