Titan Security is seeking an experienced Concierge Security Officer for a premier residential high-rise located in Chicago's Loop/River North area. This position is ideal for a mature, service-oriented security professional who takes pride in creating a safe and exceptional residential experience for residents and guests alike. This is a fast-paced, technology-driven environment that requires a professional who can seamlessly balance exceptional customer service with strong security awareness. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, and confident interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and building management. Responsibilities of Front Desk Concierge Officers include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages. Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications of Front Desk Concierge Officers: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have experience as a door staff professional Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather Preferred Qualifications of Front Desk Concierge Officers: Bi-lingual considered a plus.
