About the role
Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a Right-of-Way (ROW) Director to support and lead ROW projects in Pennsylvania. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients, provide ROW expertise during business development meetings, and oversee multiple projects as new opportunities come in. The ideal candidate has a strong ROW background, experience managing project teams, and the ability to contribute to client relationships, project planning, proposals, and cost estimates. This role requires someone who can combine technical ROW knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
