We provide 1-on-1, assent-based therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No previous ABA experience? We handle 100% of your training and exam fees to get you nationally certified within your first 8 weeks! You work in one vibrant, fully outfitted clinic facility every single day. Full Certification Sponsorship: For uncertified hires, we pay for your entire 40-hour RBT course and cover your national BACB exam fees within 8 weeks. Daytime Schedule: Work bwtween 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy no night shifts, no split schedules, and weekends completely off! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM) . BCBA-D Clinical Leadership: Work alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in an organization founded and guided by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D. Candidate Qualifications Credentials & Background: Active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—great transition for caregiving, school district paraprofessionals/aides, early childhood teaching, or customer service backgrounds! Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for daily commute to the Elkhorn clinic. Physical Stamina: High-energy, active role! Must be able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and transition quickly to engage children safely.
