Recruiting Coordinator & Scheduler – 6 month contract

Our lead investigational therapy, RZ358 (ersodetug), is a fully human monoclonal antibody in late-stage clinical development for the treatment of congenital and acquired forms of hyperinsulinism (HI). Position Overview : As a Recruiting Coordinator & Scheduler, you will support Talent Acquisition operations. You will manage complex interview schedules, coordinate high-touch candidate experiences, and ensure seamless logistics throughout the hiring pipeline. Working closely with hiring managers, scientific leaders, and talent acquisition teams, you will represent our employer brand to candidates and help maintain a high standard of candidate care. This is a hybrid contract position requiring onsite presence three days per week .
