Recruiter – IT & Non-IT

As a Remote Recruiter – IT & Non-IT, you will play a key role in managing candidate sourcing, screening, and profile submission across a variety of domestic and international recruitment assignments. You will work independently to identify qualified professionals who match specific job requirements, using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools. Your responsibilities will include understanding hiring needs, conducting preliminary candidate assessments, and building strong talent pipelines for multiple vacancies. You will collaborate closely with an internal recruitment team to ensure high-quality candidate submissions and improve interview conversion rates. The position is highly performance-driven, with clear productivity targets and regular KPI assessments.
