POSITION SUMMARY The Property Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, organization, and overall presentation of Wild Spring Dunes’ common areas and guest-facing spaces. This role supports a high standard of hospitality by anticipating needs, responding promptly to service requests, and ensuring facilities are clean, stocked, safe, and ready for Founders, members, guests, and employees throughout the day.
